Sharing your Creativity
We thank you for your interest in being a participant in our premier Fine Arts and Fine Crafts Exposition entitled “Gifted by God ~ an Artists & Artisans Faire”. This is a great opportunity for you to share with others your God given creative talents and we welcome you to register for an opportunity to participate in our event.
Timeline for Applicant Submission
Applicants should submit a completed application form and related materials by the deadline date of March 14, 2011. Submissions postmarked after the deadline date will be accepted on a conditional basis and be considered for review only as needed to fill a vacancy and when pre-deadline submissions are exhausted. Successfully seated Artists and Artisans will be notified on or before March 21, 2011 and will have until April 8, 2011 to remit their booth fee.
Fee Information
The space rental fee is $45.00 per space {10 ft. x 10 ft.} and applicants may request multiple spaces if required.

If You Would Like to Help
It is always appreciated when someone has a common interest and is willing to lend a hand. If you are one of those people or someone representing an organization with similar artistic interests and would like to assist Trinity Lutheran Church in its efforts to get the word out about the “Faire” please consider downloading and printing our advertising flyers; each of which are invitations to the public to come and participate. The flyers can be printed on standard 8.5″x11″ letter sized paper, as needed. Our only stipulation is that they not be altered, content-wise, in any way, and we thank you for your help.
